By accessing or using File and Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Use License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our platform for your business purposes.
You may not:
- Modify or copy our materials
- Use for commercial purposes outside your subscription
- Attempt to reverse engineer our software
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
- Transfer materials to another person or server
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Payment Terms
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on an annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
- Failure to pay may result in service suspension
Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and display it as necessary to provide our services. Our platform, including all software, designs, and trademarks, remains our property.
Limitation of Liability
File and Flow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform.
